Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit boricen.online, on what legal basis, for how long, and what rights you have. It is written under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Who is the data controller

We have not appointed a data protection officer; we are not required to, because we carry out no large-scale or systematic monitoring of individuals.

2. Short version

  • We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or fingerprinting technology.
  • We write nothing to your browser's local storage, session storage or IndexedDB.
  • The pages load no third-party resources — no external fonts, scripts, images or content delivery networks — so no other company learns of your visit from this site.
  • There is no contact form, no newsletter and no user account.
  • The only personal data we process are technical server access logs, and the content of emails you choose to send us.

3. Server access logs

Like any web server, the server hosting this site records a short technical entry for each request. Those entries contain:

  • the IP address of the requesting device,
  • the date and time of the request,
  • the URL requested and the HTTP status returned,
  • the amount of data transferred,
  • the referring URL, if your browser sends one, and the browser's user-agent string.

Purpose: operating the site securely and reliably, diagnosing faults, and detecting and defending against attacks and abuse.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website.
Retention: log files are rotated daily and deleted after fourteen days, unless a specific entry must be kept longer to investigate a concrete security incident.

We do not combine log entries with any other data, we do not use them to build profiles, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them.

4. If you write to us

If you send an email to info@boricen.online, we process your email address, your name if you give one, and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of answering you.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest, and yours, in dealing with your enquiry), or Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns a contract.
Retention: correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and then deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

5. Hosting

The website runs on a server provided by a hosting company, which acts as our processor under Article 28 GDPR and stores the access logs described above on our behalf. The hosting provider processes that data only on our instructions. If you would like the provider's name and address, ask us at info@boricen.online and we will tell you.

6. Who else receives your data

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share personal data. Apart from the hosting provider described above, personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except where we are legally obliged to do so by a competent authority.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

This site contains links to third-party websites, including advertising partner links. Once you follow such a link you leave boricen.online and the privacy policy of the destination site applies. The destination site may set its own cookies and may record that you arrived from this website.

Our pages send the referrer header under the strict-origin-when-cross-origin policy, which means a destination site can learn that you came from https://boricen.online but not which page you were reading. We do not add any identifier of our own to outgoing links. If a campaign parameter such as utm_source or msclkid is present in the address of the page you are on — typically because you arrived from an advertisement — it is passed on to the destination in the link address, because the advertiser needs it to attribute the visit. Nothing about that parameter is stored on this site or on your device by us.

Please read the privacy policy of any destination site before creating an account there.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children and we knowingly collect no data from them. Games linked from this site carry their own age ratings, which are shown on the relevant store listings.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • obtain confirmation of whether we process data about you, and a copy of it (Art. 15),
  • have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16),
  • have data erased (Art. 17),
  • have processing restricted (Art. 18),
  • receive your data in a portable format where applicable (Art. 20),
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).

Write to info@boricen.online. We answer within one month. Note that because we store nothing that identifies you beyond short-lived technical logs, we may be unable to link a log entry to you, and in that case we cannot act on a request without additional information that identifies the data concerned (Art. 11 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, or with the authority of your country of residence.

11. Automated decision-making

We carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site works, this policy is updated and the date below changes with it. Because the site stores nothing on your device, we cannot notify you of changes; please check this page when it matters to you.
