1. Who provides this site

2. What the site is
A free, advertising-funded editorial website consisting of static pages about video games. There is no registration, no user account, no comment function, no contact form and no newsletter. Nothing is sold to you here, and no contract for goods or services is concluded on this site.
3. Permitted use
You may read, print and link to these pages freely, including deep links to individual articles. You may not:
- republish substantial parts of the texts or the illustrations without written permission,
- scrape, mirror or systematically copy the site,
- attempt to interfere with the availability or integrity of the service, or to access parts of the server not made public,
- use the site in a way that breaks applicable law.
Quoting a short passage with a visible link back to the source page is permitted and welcome.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, page design and SVG illustrations are original works of the publisher and are protected by copyright. Trade marks, product names and logos of third parties belong to their owners and are used descriptively; their appearance here implies no association. In particular, boricen.online is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Darkflow Software, Gaijin Entertainment or any other rights holder named on the site.
5. Advertising and partner links
This site is funded by advertising and contains partner (affiliate) links, which are labelled as such. If you install a product after following one, the publisher may receive a commission from the advertiser at no additional cost to you. Any contract you enter into with a third party is between you and that third party; their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. We are not a party to it and we are not responsible for the performance of a third party's product or service.
6. Accuracy and third-party content
We take care to be accurate, but the site is provided for general information. Video games change with every update, and details published here may become outdated. Where our pages and a game publisher's own information diverge, the game publisher's information prevails. We are not responsible for the content of external sites reached from links on this site.
7. Age and suitability
Games described here carry their own age ratings, set by the relevant ratings body and shown on the store listing for your platform. Check that rating before installing, and use your platform's parental and spending controls where a minor may use the account.
8. Availability and liability
The site is provided free of charge and as it is, without any warranty of availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
9. Changes
These terms may be amended; the version in force is the one published here, with the date shown below.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence within the European Union remain unaffected. Disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction at the publisher's registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
